Netizens rank Jiujiang one of China’s most beautiful tourism cities

Jiujiang city was voted as the most beautiful city in China's "Top Ten Cultural Tourism Cities" in 2012 by netizens. The voting was jointly held by 30 websites in the China Travel Network Media Alliance.

Nearly a million netizens voted for 53 tourist cities in the event. The top ten cities were Beijing, Changsha in Hunan province, Chengdu in Sichuan province, Zhengzhou in Henan province, Kuqa in the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, Danzhou in Hainan province, Hulun Buir in Inner Mongolia, Taizhou in Jiangsu province, Bozhou in Anhui province, and Jiujiang in Jiangxi province.
