Ten five-star hotels in Jiangxi

Since the end of May 2012, ten five-star hotels exist in Jiangxi, according to the Jiangxi tourist administration.

The number of five star hotels reached ten from eight after Ganzhou Jinjiang International Hotel and Jiujiang Xinhua International Hotel were promoted. The 10 hotels are Jiangxi Hotel, Gloria Grand Hotel Nanchang, Jin Feng Hotel, Treasure Palace Hotel, Galactic Peace International Hotel, Jiangxi Trilec International Hotel, Oriscene Garden Hotel, S&N International Hotel, Jiujiang Xinhua International Hotel and Ganzhou Jinjiang International Hotel.

Star-hotels have increased by 19.14 percent over the past five years in the province.

Up until 2011, star-rated hotels built and rated in Jiangxi reached 417 with an increase of 19.14 percent compared with that in 2007. The number of five-star hotels increased to eight in 2012 from five in 2007, up 60 percent. Four-star hotels amounted to 78 in 2012, an increase by 73.3 percent. Compared with 13,100 licensed tour guides in 2007, the number is now 21,760 with an increase of 66.1 percent.
