Preferential visits on Lushan Mountain will be launched

Lushan Mountain will give tourists a preferential price during seven festivals in 2012.

On Women’s Day, the first preferential-price holiday of 2012, female tourists aged 18 or above can visit Lushan Mountain for free by presenting their ID cards. On Children’s Day (June 1), parents with children can enjoy a 25 percent discount to Lushan Mountain.

On the Party-founding Day (July 1), citizens whose birthday is July 1 can have a free visit to Lushan Mountain. On Army Day (Aug 1), Army service men with military cards and their spouses with ID cards can enjoy a tour free of charge. On Sept 1, police officers with valid documents can visit Lushan Mountain for free.

On Teachers' Day (Sept 10), teachers with their teacher qualification certificates can enjoy 25 percent off concessions. On Oct 23 (lunar calendar the ninth day of the ninth lunar month, the Double Ninth Festival), female citizens aged 55 or above and male citizens aged 60 or above can have a free tour of Lushan Mountain by presenting their ID cards.
