A stone forest was recently found in Wangxi village, Duanxin town, Wuyuan County. Weathered rocks and intriguing geographical formations attracted visitors.

Locating on a hillside and covered by bamboos and pines throughout the year, the stone forest is as grand as a castle. The steep stones are tall and majestic, and some stone wall seams are so narrow that only one person can go through at a time.

When one travels further into the forest, more strange and beautiful scenes appear. The most surprising feature is the cross-over stone bridges situated near the stone castle center. There are also two flat stone-dragon-like seats at the end of the bridges which have been set for visitors to rest. Sitting there, visitors can take in everything at a glance.

At present, the scenic spot has been incorporated into the development projects that cover the paths along the cliffs that are currently undergoing construction.
