Foundation laid for Fairy Lake Buddhist culture park

The Fairy Lake Buddhist culture expo park in Xinyu city was successfully established on Jan 11，2012.

The park is located at Fairy Lake scenic spot and covers an area of 66.6 hectares with a 25 thousand-square-meter building area.

The project consists of 4 areas: Shengji temple and the Buddhist culture expo park, the lion's hole scenic spots, Kangjiang ecological mountain resort, and the Fairy Lake lotus valley ecological protection zone. A total of one billion yuan is to be invested in the project.

The main foundation for the Shengji temple and core Buddhist project started construction in April 2009. It lasted nearly three years and is almost completed, thereby accelerating the development of cultural tourism in Fairy Lake.
